箱根芸術祭　開催にあたってアートは世界の共通言語。みんなで遊ぼう！

 

箱根を愛する人々のアート&カルチャーの祭典です。箱根をキャンバスに見立てて、

回遊しながら自然とアートを楽しんでいただきたいと思います。

豊かな自然の中で、温泉の香りを感じたり、アーティストのアトリエを覗いて創作者と鑑賞者の会話が生まれたり、歴史的な空間で音や言葉を味わったり…新しい出会いと発見があるはずです。目的地が目的では有りません。箱根は自然の遊園地、遊び方はそれぞれです。

 

世界の人々はアートにより生活に豊かさが生まれることの重要性を知っています。

日本本来の文化に触れるのを楽しみにしていると思います。

世界中で出会った友人たちが、箱根を訪れ会いに来てくれる。

私たちも世界中の友人に会いにゆく。

国際交流の架け橋となればとても有意義な事だと思います。

 

楽しく歩き続けることが一番大切なこと、この一歩が、未来にも続いていくと信じ、

新しい箱根からの発信です。

Hakone Art & Culture Festival

 

Art is an international language. So, let's all enjoy it together!

This is a festival of art and culture for people who love Hakone.

We hope you will think of Hakone as being your canvas, enjoying the beautiful countryside and the art as you travel the area.

Situated in a rich natural setting, you can experience the fragrance of hot springs, peek into artists' studios and enjoy conversations between creators and visitors. Alternatively you can savor the music, sounds and other performances in this historical area…you are sure to have new encounters and make various discoveries.

The destination is not the goal.

Hakone is a natural amusement park, and there are many ways to enjoy it.

 

People throughout the world know the importance of art as a way of enriching their lives.

I am sure they are looking forward to savoring the traditional culture of Japan.

Friends from around the world come to visit us in Hakone and we also travel to visit friends throughout the world.

I feel it would be a meaningful task to build bridges for international exchange.

 

The important thing to continue moving forward happily, believing that your  first step will lead you to your future,

This is a new message we want to transmit from Hakone and I hope that you will come and  enjoy the true riches of Hakone.
